The Nationals have agreed to terms with right-hander Chien-Ming Wang, a baseball source has confirmed to MLB.com. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The Nationals are scheduled to hold a news conference Friday at Space Coast Stadium in Viera, Fla.
The United Daily News, a Taiwanese newspaper, was the first to break the news. The Nationals have not confirmed that Wang has signed with the team.
